A Somatic Enneagram Retreat
A weekend to slow down, drop beneath old patterns, and remember who you are underneath them.
October 30 – November 1, 2026 · Bourbon, Missouri
The Invitation
The Enneagram is often met in the mind, as a map of nine ways of being. The Somatic Enneagram, developed by Marion Gilbert, takes us deeper: into the body, where our earliest survival strategies still live as automatic reactivity, quietly shaping how we move through our days and our relationships.
This retreat is an invitation to descend out of the head and into the felt sense of the body, to cultivate the inner observer that lets us notice a pattern the moment it arises. In that small space between the trigger and the reaction, something new becomes possible: a real choice, and a return to the present moment.
Across the weekend we work with all three centers, mind, heart, and body, through embodied practice, meditation, guided inquiry, silence, and shared meals. What emerges is not just insight but a living inner practice: greater compassion for yourself, more presence in your closest relationships, and a steadier way of meeting whatever life brings. Whether you are meeting the Enneagram for the first time or bring a more advanced understanding, you are warmly welcome here.
Two Ways to Gather
This is slow, inward work, so the weekend is kept to 12 participants. An intentionally intimate circle where it feels safe to soften and be seen.
Full Weekend
Arrive Friday morning anytime after 9 a.m. for quiet, individual retreat with use of the studio, your room, and the trails. We gather as a circle at 4 p.m. for teaching, dinner, embodied practice, and fire. Saturday moves through somatic enneagram practice, meditation, teaching, and unhurried free time to walk and reflect. Together we cultivate the inner observer and the felt sense you can carry home. The retreat closes Sunday at 4:30 p.m.

Sunday Day Retreat
Join us for a single immersive day on All Saints Day, the Day of the Dead. Beginning at 10:30 a.m., we'll drop into somatic practice, meditation, altar making, and practices honoring our ancestors, meeting the day with a body-centered awareness rather than the busyness of the mind. Lunch is included. We close at 4:30 p.m. No overnight stay required.

A Glimpse of the Weekend
The Place
140 acres of Ozark woodland in the Missouri foothills, about 70 miles southwest of St. Louis. A place designed for the kind of work we are here to do.
Kindred Forest is in an active process of ecological restoration. During your stay you may observe cut trees, areas of prescribed burning, brush piles, and newly planted native species. This work is central to the land's healing and feels, somehow, like the right company for a retreat about tending what grows in us.

About Kelley
Kelley Weber is a spiritual director, Somatic Enneagram practitioner, and theatre artist with a deep love of stories and the people who carry them. She creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves, others, and the sacred.
A graduate of the Center for Action and Contemplation's Living School and certified in Somatic Enneagram work through Marion Gilbert, Kelley is particularly drawn to the ways our bodies, stories, and spiritual lives shape one another.
She believes transformation happens not through striving, but through curiosity, compassion, and presence. She brings warmth, humor, and a deep trust in the wisdom already present within each person to everything she facilitates.
Kelley lives in St. Louis with her husband Bill and their two Labrador retrievers, Penny and Lulu.
